Where we should raid, what day, what hour we should start etc.

I think that at the begining we should also raid 10 men instance to gear up.

Wednesday - Naxx 10 - 2 groups
Thursday - Naxx 10 - 2 groups
Friday - naxx 25/Naxx 10 - 2 groups???
Saturday - VoA and OS 25 men
Sunday - free ???
Monday - Naxx 25
Tuesday - Naxx 25

we can change Naxx 25 for Naxx 10 if needed.

We will make only 2 groups of Naxx 10 - some of us could go those days with their guild/friends to Naxx 10 and mayby not all of us needs to go there. Of course we will make rotation cos there can be more ppl interested to go than we have spots - anyway i think that all of us should raid at least 4-5 times a week.

When we should start ? i think that 21:00 or 22:00 is the best choice - on saturday we can start even earlier.

Thats my proposition - if you think there is to many 10 men and not enought 25 - we will change it

well i must say i really like in game callendar - its only for help cos all the time we will use forums to wrote who will go where etc. The point is to use forum more. I know why you said that - after our experience in Lusitanos you may be sure it will be different here

i think that start at 21:00 will be the best but 3 hours ... hmm i think its not neought

well its all up to you - if you all could go on raids at 19:00-20:00 we will make them at this hour

yes its a good point Mis. Anyway in my opinion we should go one day every week for VoA and OS heroic cos there is really good drops and they are not so hard. Also we should be able to clear at least 2 wings in 25 men Naxx - so we could make 3 10 men Naxx and 2 25 men every week till we wont get 10 men on farm status or just make 4-5 raids 10 men.
